Collaborate, innovate, and develop solutions for societal impact with us.
We'd love to hear from you! Whether you are facing a well-defined challenge or exploring how complexity science and data-driven methods might shed new light on your work, if you have an exciting idea in mind where our students' dedication could make a difference, get in touch.
We'll work with you to design a collaboration that aligns your needs and our goals to deliver real impact.
Two options for collaboration:
Collaborate with a group of 3 to 5 interdisciplinary students in understanding and formalizing the system and the challenge that you find yourself in. Start by extending its boundaries, then zoom in on local aspects that can be changed.
Students have mentors at the University of Amsterdam, and you engage with them as they progress in applying Systems Thinking tools. Some examples of these tools are:
System Maps, Causal Loop Diagrams, Exploratory Data Analysis, Network Analysis, Causal Inference, Stakeholder Mapping, Exploratory Modelling, and more (see example previous projects!)
Collaborate with a second-year master's student in developing and executing a semester-long research project.
